Royal Auto Group Parts Return Policy

At Royal Auto Group, providing top-tier parts and exceptional service remains our priority. To continue offering competitive pricing alongside recent manufacturer updates, please review the updated guidelines below, effective June 1, 2026. 

Return Policy Overview

• Return Window: Parts must be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date.

• Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns made after the 90-day window. This applies to Service, Body Shop, and all Wholesale Mechanical and Body Shop accounts.

• Item Condition: Parts must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition. A copy of the original invoice is required for all returns.

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued strictly using the original payment method.

Over-the-Counter & Special Order Parts

For our retail and over-the-counter customers, please note the following policy regarding special orders:

• Prepayment Requirement: Any special order parts that exceed $100 will require full prepayment before the order is placed.

• Return Window: These special order parts are also subject to the standard 90-day return policy.

• Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns made after the 90-day window. 

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure quality and safety standards, the following items remain ineligible for return:

• Electrical or electronic components that have been opened or installed.

• Parts showing any signs of installation, alteration, including open packages, or use.

Note on Core Returns: All core returns must be turned in using their original manufacturer boxes to be eligible for credit.
